Error agent-report BCMR Rel 2.4.5 on rel 6

Hello All,

I am not able to retrieve agents real-time an historical info out of BCMR.
vdn etc reports are fine.
The bcms-login agents never logout on the system.
Latest release (client/server) 2.4.5 and CM 6.
Anyone had this issue before?
