A user just got married and requested her profile/email address change.
After modifying her Account in AD and exchange 2007 I discovered that when I try to grant permission on a folder on Exchange the new user DOMAIN\sue.black appears, but old user being DOMAIN\sue reappears after applying the permission, closing the dialog box and reopening. However, I tried the same process on the DC it wasn’t the case.
This issue I believe is the reason why she could not log into the web interface of our spam filter using the new profile (in Virtual directory authentication is configured as Integrated Windows authentication).
What baffles me is that this is not the first user I have configured like this.
has anyone experienced this, if so what do I do?
