Error after installing service pack 3 for SQL 2000

Hi Everyone.
Please help! We are running Windows NT 4 with the latest service pack and SQL 2000. After installing service pack 3 for SQL 2000, when we try and edit a batch job, we get the following error:
"An application error has occurred...... mmc.exe
exception access violation (0xc0000005), Addresss: 0x78003053"
I have applied all the service packs again and nothing helps. I think this may be a bug with this service pack. Thanks for your time.
