Error after installing mysql on nt 4.0 server

After installing mysql on nt4.0 server I get and error trying to start the mysql service (error 1067 could not start the mysql service, the process terminated unexpectedly

I had the same thing happen when I tried to install.<br>My first mistake was trying the non-service version.<br>My second was installing the service, and not starting it under the control panel!&nbsp;&nbsp;Unfortunately, I don't remember at what point I got your error, but I'm up and working now.<br><br>To get it to work, I did:<br>mysqld --install<br><br>Then went into the control panel to start the service.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Started it.<br>And<br><br>Good luck.
