Error After installing ESR101223

Guru's,

I'v applied ESR101223 to our QA environment..I following error after applying step 1 of ESR
Install_client.sh

tar:
0511-188 Cannot create stc_msapi.dll: Cannot open or remove a file containing a running program.
tar:
0511-188 Cannot create stc_msclient.dll: Cannot open or remove a file containing a running program.
tar:
0511-188 Cannot create stc_mscommon.dll: Cannot open or remove a file containing a running program.

Now Schema manager shows all my Eways are up but Eways are not working properly(No Polling)

Its not connected to JMS anymore.

Any help appreciated.
