Error after changing letterhead

HI
I have been 'playing' and have changed my notes letterhead. (I followed the instructions on the lotus website)
My problem is,
when I send a mail to a company member in another country they get this error

Illegal circular USE: EmailProcessing
which comes up 7 or 8 times.

This problem does not effect local users, only those abroad

Any ideas

Which version of Lotus Notes are you using?

Did you choose a letterhead, or create stationary?

A Letterhead should not be causiong any problems. If you chose to create personal stationery then you need to make sure that pasted a bmp image in the letterhead portion.
