Error adding new item

We have just brought up a new clustered Livelink system (five web/LL servers behind two BigIP load balancers / external file storage / Oracle 8.17 DB) and are receiving the following error when attempting to add a document to the new system:

Livelink Error:
Error adding new item.
[File 'C:\WINNT\TEMP\Dom220F.tm' does not exist.]

We are able to add folders, projects, aliases, etc.

Any ideas?

We resolved the problem. It was just an oversight - forgot to give the service that starts Livelink Admin privileges.
