Error activating Purchase order 6.2A

I am upgrading from Sage Accpac 5.6 to Sage 300 ERP 2014. I have the following modules, AP, AR, GL and IC. I dumped the data from 5.6 and loaded it into Sage 300 ERP 2014 and all went fine. I have activated the modules without any headache. However I was not using OE and PO in 5.6 but it comes with Sage 300 ERP 2014 so I decided to activate it. How ever I get the following error message.

Description: Damaged data. Additional Cost Tax. Table POACD already exists.
