I have MS IIS running on a NT 4.0 server. Everything seems to be setup okay and running properly on that end.
I installed FrontPage 2000 on a new Windows ME system and get the following message from FrontPage when I try to open the existing web:
----------------------------------------------------
An error occured accessing your FrontPage web files. Authors - if authoring against a web server, please contact the webmaster for this server's site. Webmasters - please see the server's system log for more details.
------------------------------------------------------
I have tried changing permissions on the NT server, reinstalling FrontPage, and several other things. Nothing shows up in the NT System Log. I'm currently having to edit web pages on the local hard drive and then manually copy the files to the web server directory.
Anybody have any ideas on what the problem is?
