I get this error when trying to start the operations portion of the Harbinger STX software product. Harbinger support can't tell me why. I am loading it on NT Workstation, on my C: FAT drive. I can use every other aspect of the software i.e. administration, forms, etc. Just not operations. Has anyone had this problem?<br>
