error accessing file

I keep getting this error message and I am not sure what it means. Sounds to me like something has gone wrong with my Access program itself. I have some simple buttons that I created with a wizard that simply open a form. However, when I click the buttons the forms open but I get the error message "Error Accessing File. Network connection may have been lost". Yet I am not working on a network. Sounds to me like it has something to do with the code that is built into Access itself.

Has anyone ever run across an error like this?

Hi,

Try repairing the DB and rebooting your machine... worked for one of my db when I got something similar.
