I have gotten this message before, and it is not what it seems. This time it happened when I made a copy of my database, modified a form, and then exported it back to the original database. Something I have done many times before.
I think it may involve visual basic, and compliling, but it is quite threatening to my equanimity. Does anyone have a remedy or a preventitive? Thanks, Tom

This is awful. If you import, or copy within a d/b an object with a module, you can get this, and I am not sure why sometimes and not always.

Sometimes if you create a brand new d/b and import all your objects it will work to fix it.

I have both access 2000, and 2003 installed. If I ever have to import or copy, I use 2003, then go back to 2000, because it doesn't seem to happen in 2003.

There are articles at Microsoft.com that warn, and suggest instaling the latest updates and service packs, but this did not stop it for me either.
