Error accessing ePortfolio logonform.csp

This is the error I receive when trying to open crystal/enterprise/ePortfolio/en/logonform.csp

Microsoft JScript runtime error '0x800a01ad'

Automation server can't create object
line: 908

I'm not sure where to start.

Any help is appreciated.

Did someone customize the CSP?

I'm not at a CE box right now, but there are a few CSP pages involved with logon if I recall correctly, I think one is LOGON, which does some redirecting.

I'd revert back to a prior version.

Since it's a Javascript error, it may even have something to do with your security settings of the browser.

None of the csp has been modified.

This is the earliest version we have installed (v8.5)

I have also received...Web Component Server Error Not initialized...when trying to access crystal/enterprise/admin/en/admin.cwr

when I look in the Crystal Configuration Manager all servers are started.
