error accessing a website (.NET Exception ?)

I am trying to access a page on a website From most computers it is fine and I have no problems but when I try it from a particular PC I get the error message detailed below.

By the way, the error only occurs when trying to access the page from one PC (running Windows 2000 Pro). All other PCs (same setup) have no problems:

Server Error in '/' Application.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
