Error 8331 on Exchange 2000 1

Hi All,
I have looked for this error and any responses on the forum, but only found a reference to 2003. Has anyone else had this problem or knows of a remedy. I wonder if ERICWI (a member who posted the same error) has solved his same problem. Or is it possible to contact ERICWI outside of the forum.

Restart the system attendant service. If that doesn't work you need to look at the recipient update service.
