Error '800a0030' Error in loading DLL : DE Commands

> 1. On whatever page i use DE commands , be it inside a recordset DTC
script or be it as my very own code i encounter this error "Microsoft VB script runtime error 800a0030. Error in loading DLL : DE Commands.

Line 2406 is "Set cmd = DE.Commands("sp_registerbooth&quot"
Also we get simillar errors at places where i use the DTC Recordset and call a DECommand object.
Wherever i use DTC Recordset but use Table object i have no problems.
All for this to happen is after i installed MDAC 2.5 and Visual Studio Service pack 4.

I had the same problem, so I just stopped using the DE's and instead I used stored procedures that I just set in the properties of a Recordset object. To this day I do not know why it kept doing that so just so you know you aren't alone. Not that I can offer any constructive solution.

You might want to look at the directory permissions on the directory with the DLL in it. Make sure that the IUSR_machinename user has execute permissions on this directory.
