Hi
I dont know if I have the right forum here but basically we use a bespoke SQL product
The server runs Sybase SQL Anywhere 9 and holds the main database
Clients then connect via some SQL software to the server:
We have 3 users currently using the software fine and when a fourth user tries to connect to the database you get the below error:
Error -80: Unable to start database server (08W07)
It always happens when users (Normally 3 or 4) are logged into the server and then someone else tries logging in
I hsve checked everyones setup and everything is identical, I was wondering whether it might be something to do with max connection to the SQL Sefver?
I have very little knowledge of SQL but know a few basic things, I would greatly appreciate any help
Regards
Jamie
