Has anyone heard of an error 75?

A customer reports having to power off/on a Compact ICS sporadically for 5 years to fix a problem (bad switch?) with a system that reports this error.

Thanks in advance- Scott

Alarm 75 means "check the connection to your ISDN service provider".
I'm going thru this issue right now because i'm in the process of installing ISDN BRI on my MICS. When i deprovision an isnd line or yank the jumpers off, (or if the link drops because the telco burps or has an issue) alarm 75 comes up on the alarm set.
If you have an ISDN trunk on the CICS, you will occasionally see the alarm 75 - its a digital trunk, and telco's have the occasional hickup that will cause the link to drop - even for a moment. If the link comes back up on its own, it won't clear the alarm automatically.
So if your trunk works still, alarm 75 is an indication that you HAD a problem but its fixed itself (or the telco fixed it already).
