Error: 723 Error

Hi all,

An error is displayed when I try to a 'Preview Screen' during 'Inventory Reconciliation Preview' task,

Micros 3700 versión 3.2 sp7 hf6 already running

This is the message : 'Error : Error 723 Error in File D:\MICROS\res\eo\reports\InventCntVarPreview' and I can't go on


Any help would be nice !!

Have you recently created or changed any screens or information?

Hi hosehead78, no I don't, Just my day to day 'transactions' I mean receivers, declarations,transfers etc etc, so I have anothers 'Inventory Count Tasks' and works fine, just when I try this one then the message appears.

Have you ever been able to use the Preview Screen for this function?

The 'Preview Screen' for this function with this 'inventory control task' never been able

So like I tell you before I have others 'inventory control task' and no problema, every day I'm able , works fine

You've never been able to view this, correct? If that is the case, then it might be how this "Inventory Control Task" is setup/configured. Are you able to edit this one and see what/how it is processing? What is the differences between the others and this one. Does this make sense?
