Our customer starts a SELECT at 9p.m. At 11.p.m. Arcserve starts his save. At this time the SELECT-Statement was still running. Next day our customer tried to connect to the database, he get Error 715 (rollforward interrupted).
In the directory I can find the database and 2 log-File. One of them was written at 11p.m. and the other had a size of only 1kB
So I tried with the following commands:
set server server1;
rollforward DATABASE to end;
rollforward DATABASE end;
rollforward DATABASE to end;
Database can not rollforward because of Error 4022(rollforward interrupted).
I also tried this command:
restore logs from DATABASE-DIRECTORY to DATABASE;
--> error-code 4022
Has anybody an idea, how I can "rescue" the database or a part of the database? Behaps something like an unload.
Or, do you know any command, which I can try?
Database-Version: 7.5.1 - PTF6
Same Error on Windows 98, WINNT, 2000, XP
