Error 691

Hello all,
client is running Win2k pro, trying to conect to my VPN server and server gives Error 691.
In the Event Viewer we can see this:

Description:
The user RULEZ.COM\shashilx has connected and failed to authenticate on port VPN3-4. The line has been disconnected.
....
The user RULEZ.COM\shashilx connected from 212.40.41.53 but failed an authentication attempt due to the following reason: The specified domain does not exist.

Any suggestions ?

I got the exact same error(err#691), and I've been told that this is an ISP restriction error related to someone's status with their ISP. The only prob is that the client is current with their ISP and can browse the net fine.
