Error 623 in Application log:

Help, MoM is going nuts with this error. I have googled it and we do have the the hot fix and we are on SP2. we have checked and no backups are going on and there are not large emails in the queue. anybody know what i can do to get this fixed or do what a lot of articles say and just let it fix itself.

There may be other entries in the Event Log that may point to a problem. I wouldn't let it "go away" - it will come back, and possible at a most inopportune time....
