error 60652 updating local prime location error

Has anyone ever come accross the following error during an installation of call pilot 4.0 on an option 11 c.

ERROR: updating local prime location record.

Code: 60652 :

client has no privilage to modify entry of the given object class.

Does your login ID have permission to modify the Network features? Are you using the 000000 account?

As far as I know the default user name and password should have permission to do the initial installation.

I am using the default account 000000 with the default password of 124578.

Is this the problem is there some other user name and password I should be using with more privilages.
