This error message is being recieved by people who are external and trying to send an email to a user here at my company. It is sporadic, and not happening to everyone. I don't see much help out on the web, so I thought I would ask here. PLEASE any help would be great. The full error message is below.

Sent <<< [Session Initiation]
Received >>> 554 no smtp service here (mode: normal)

Unable to deliver message to <blah@blah.com>.
