Error 554 Invalid Data in Message

A user has been trying to send an email and recieves the following eror message even though the content is just plain text. Is it something to do with the actual message or the email headers???

Your message has ecountered delivery problems
to the following recipient(s):

Delivery failed
554 Invalid data in message

Sent: (message data)
Received:554 invalid data in message
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
You may want to run maintenance against this User's Mailbox. Use GWCHECK32 to complete the action.

Thanks for that. I have tried running a Mailbox Maintenance from NWADMIN using groupwise view, but no results showed up from that. Where can I get GWCHECK32 from???

Look in your GroupWise SOFTWARE directory...

SOFTWARE\ADMIN\UTILITY\GWCHECK\GWCHK32.EXE
