I am trying to help a friend integrate coldfusion 4.5 with Crystal reports 7.0. She has created a report and when ever she tries to run it she gets this error:
Diagnostics: Error occurred while processing CFREPORT
An unexpected
error
occurred while using the Crystal Engine.
Error number 540 ocurred
(Missing
or out-of-date export DLL.).
Crystal Library =
C:\WINNT\system32\CRPE32.DLL (1/23/2001 16:20)
DLL Version = 7.0,
Engine
Version = 7.0

The error occurred while processing an element with
a
general identifier of (CFREPORT), occupying document position (2:1) to
(2:130) in the template file
I have had her put the CRPE32.DLL file into the \winnt\crystal directory, make sure that the IUSR account has read write permissions to that directory and it is still bringing up the error. I am finding nothing of help on allaire's site and am unimpressed with the search functionality at Seagate's site (am on page 38 of results for search of error 540 export dll out of date keywords).
Any help or pointers are going to be greatly appreciated as she is doing this work for a non-profit in Washington State and wants to get them working asap.
Thanks ahead of time.
