Error 532 Cannot find database DLL

We have a number of Crystal Reports that we distribute to customers with our software. One of our customers is running our application on a Citrix server, which works just fine, but when they try to print a Crystal Report they receive the message &quot;Error:532 Cannot find database DLL. Execute <PEStartPrintJob>.&quot; We suspect that it is because the Crystal Reports DLLs are not installed on the local computer, but we are not positive. Any ideas?

Where I've seen that error message, that was what we had to check out. A setup .exe goes out with our software to handle copying the CR DLLs and configuring an ODBC data source, so we'd just run that. There's a good bit of documentation at Crystal's support site detailing the necessary DLLs for distributed reports as well as (I believe) a utility within the report designer that'll show you DLL dependencies.
