Error 53.10.03 code on LJ4100

Hey guys

I got a HP lj4100 printer with the error code above. What originally happpend was that there was an error code that indicated a main motor problem. Well the main motor was replaced now I get this error. I checked the book and they said to try memory in different slots. I tried it and the problem is still there. Has anyone seen this and if you did what did you do to fix it? Can I swap memory with another printer (LJ4000?). I dont have a spare 4100 but I have plenty of 4000's lying around. Is the memory and formatter board compatible with the LJ4100? If someone can help I would appreciate it.

Suggestion.................What transpired during the main motor repair ?Did you perform the repair?Retrace your steps if you did. Was a self-test performed after the repairs?
Sounds as if the repair(s) caused furthur problems.
