Error 503: Failed to load target servlet [portal] 1

Hello,
Iam installing Portal Express V5.0. Using the content manager i installed the Portal Express with its default value, it was working fine but when i was migrating from cloudscape to database i have some problem. Well the database migration has worked fine but when i check for the portal page i get
Error 503: Failed to load target servlet [portal]
Displayed on the page wht could be the problem...

check log file in folder: PortalServer\log\ConfigTrace.log

And note if some items are remed '#'
for example: ms sqlserver, #WpcpDbHostName=myserver

Thanks for the reply.
Actually i was facing this problem, so i reinstalled the DB2 and it worked. I figured out that this is a problem caused because there is change in db user.
