Out of 500 users we have one who gets the following message at random during the week. Different external email addresses (all legit) and it happens if she presses reply and or types in an email address. the next time she sends the same it email it can go through. She just gets this once or twice a day.
"The e-mail address could not be found. Perhaps the recipient moved to a different e-mail organization, or there was a mistake in the address. Check the address and try again.
<mail.senator.co.uk #5.1.0"
On the Exchange server tracking:
SMTP: Message submitted to categorizer
SMTP: Advanced Queue Failed to Deliver Message.
No other user has reported a problem and this has been happening for a few weeks now. I've deleted her NK2 file and then her full profile and it still happens. Outlook 2003 is the client.
Thanks for any help or advice
