Error 47 in program GLWRHA @line 0505

While tyring to print my Standard Financial Statement I received an error "ERROR 47 IN PROGRAM GLWRHA AT LINE 0505". Can anyone help me? This company has a very old version of mas and they do not have technical support. Our AR and AP are also getting errors at the last step of updating on their ends.

You are in a tough spot. Because you are on an old version of MAS no support is available and for this error message you need to know what program GLWRHA is doing at line 0505. This is something that neither Dawn or I can answer. At some point the customer is going to have to upgrade. Another point is that because you have an old version you cannot upgrade your work stations because old versions of MAS will not run on new version of Windows.

Basically your hand is being forced. You will have to contact a local reseller and work with Sage on this on.
