I am getting the following:

Any idea's on how to fix this problem? I am very new to this system and it is a very old version. :)

Error 47 ARWJBA 6090. This error is caused by a missing header record in AR9xxx (where 'xxx' = company code).

Possible Resolution:
Note: Use caution when working with repair utilities. Always make a backup first. If necessary, seek the assistance of your reseller.

1. Rebuild application key files for AR9 - Cash Receipts Data Entry Header File.
2. Analyze and relink line files for ARA - Cash Receipts Data Entry Line File.
3. Rebuild application sort files for Accounts Receivable.
4. Reprint the Cash Receipts Register.


If the above steps do not resolve the error, follow the steps below.

Note: Reinitializing or recreating data files deletes all records in the selected files and is irreversible. Always make a backup before performing this procedure. If necessary, seek the assistance of your reseller.

Reinitialize data files for AR9, ARA, and AR_18.
