Error -461

I have an Informix database (SE 5.10) and when i launched a 4gl program this message appear : sql error -461 file open error at line x (the line x is DATABASE <name of the database> ) !!!
But when i tried to connect to my database with ilogin (setnet 32 v7.23) the login is OK.

Thanks for your help.
