Error 429

I have developped a anpplication in Visual Basic with access and when Irun this application on some PC under Windows NT (works well on some others with the same version of Windows NT), I get the follwon message :

"Le composant ACtiveX ne peut créer l'objet (erreur 429)"

the ocx or dll for the activeX control needs to be registered.

Use regsrv32 Path\Filename from the Run box. An example would be "regsvr32 C:\Program Files\My Directory\Mydll.dll".
To unregister the same component ""regsvr32 /U C:\Program Files\My Directory\Mydll.dll".
