when running a VB Application that uses several DLL/ocx files I get the following error Message:

Error 429: ActiveX Component Can't create object.

Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this.

Thanks,

Gavin,

Did you write that application yourself?
If so, include all necessary COM servers on the target machine. If not you may have a problem, as you don't know the dependencies of the application (probably).

Your problem is quite simple:
A dependency (COM server) is not available (or not correctly registered) on the machine you're running the application on.

Greetings,
Rick
