Error 4238

I replaced a user's BlackBerry (6750 model) and when came to to sync up the process locked up during the "Applying new configuration settings" phase.

The previous device was working fine before it was lost.

The sync log nidicates error 4238, which appears to refer to Lotus Notes from a quick Google search, yet the device is conected to Exchange 2000.

The latest version of the BDM is in use.

Any ideas?

Never mind.

Fixed it by emptying the user's Intellisync folder and installing the SP3a version of the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

I *thought* I had the latest version, but it appears that SP3a came out in late September while I was away on training and I missed the release.
