Error 4209 Failed to load function

I am using Arcserve 6.61 w/SP1 on a NT 4.0 w/sp4 server.&nbsp;&nbsp;I am getting the following error:<br><br>E4209 [ASDBAPI] failed to load function _ASDBCLiMergeCatRegisterTapeEx<br><br>I have verified that these files are in the root dir in Arcserve:<br>ASDBCLI.DLL&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2-23-99<br>ASDBCLI1.dll&nbsp;&nbsp;10-12-99<br>and ASDBCLI2.dll&nbsp;&nbsp;10-12-99<br><br>I'm wondering if there are updated files of diff dates?&nbsp;&nbsp;Does anyone know what these dll's do?<br><br>Thanks in advance
