Error 418 " Application run out of memory"

Hi,
The server has 1 Gb of memory, and a lot of disk space..
Getting Error 418 " Application run out of memory" message on individual mailboxes.
I saw that someone posted the same message in April.., but there is no answer.
Did anyone else have the same error? What does it mean?
