Error 403 and 401.2

Help Please!!!

Hello, I have an ISA 2000 server on windows 2000. Everything was working fine, I changed the IP of an FTP account, and then change it back to what ever it was before. Now users cannot access A pop up window comes up asking for user name and password. If I enter the admin user name and password I get a 403 error.
Also when users try to browse the internet an authentication window comes up asking for username, password and domain name.

I have no idea how anything could have changed just by changing an ftp ip address.


Help Please!!!!
