Error 401 attempting to import workstation

Hi! I'm trying to import a workstation into Zenworks. I've uninstalled/reinstalled Zenworks Client, and tried going to the command prompt and typing zwsreg, but it returned the error:
Zenworksreg returned the following error code: 401

Any suggestions? I'm not finding anything so far. Assistance is much appreciated!
