Error 4 installing Windows 2K

Wiped a HDD clean, attempted to install Windows 2000 OS but get Error code 4 message. Ran HDD diagnostics and it passed.
Tried the drive in another machine and the same 2K OS loaded fine. Brand new OS disk. Any help? Thanks, John

Solved my own problem. Remembered a sinular type problem with the old 98SE install. Had to slow the speed down to load then up the speed. Set the M/B FSB from 133 to 100 and it's loading.
