Error 4.7.1 replying or Forwarding e-mail on NMS 4.1

Hi,

I have a user who says he's getting an error "error 4.7.1" when replying or forwarding e-mail. This isn't replying or forwarding to any particular person, and it only happens intermittently. I'm trying to find out what this error message means or where I can find a listing w/ definitions of these error messages. I looked for a listing on the knowledge base and couldn't find anything. The Administrator's guide (hardcopy and online) is no help and doesn't go into enough depth. This is Netscape Messaging Server 4.1 running on Ultra-4 sparc SunOS 5.7. Any help or suggestions pointing to better documentation sources is appreciated.

This error 4.7.1 comes if you use AOL as internet provider!
He redirect all emails to a proxy smtp where your emails will be filtred!

4.7.1 will say Please try it later because the aol mail server is too full (perhaps they scan your emails!)

We need to update the dynamic mailing lists within the LDAP server. We have new offices that are popping but don't have
a "officename@ourcompany.com" mailing address. What is the best approach to update the database.
