Error #3903

#3903 - The ROLLBACK TRANSACTION request has no corresponding BEGIN TRANSACTION.

I had a user get this message this morning while profiling a document. I clicked the Yes button and it opened a window that just said "ROLLBACK TRANSACTION". After I closed the window, it took me back to the profile. It let me finish the profile and save the document, so I'm not sure what gives.

Any ideas or information in this regard would be appreciated.

We usually find that an incorrect SQL statement is trying to go through - quotes, incorrect data format, etc. We receive this error when releasing scanned images from Ascent Capture (Kofax) to Docs. The problem occurs in the OCR'd information being an incorrect SQL value or statement.

Hope this gives you a starting point or ideas.
