need help with this one..
when i try to run restores, i get this error 3820 on two seperate servers connected to the same library.
im running Brighstor 11.
things ive noticed: this only happens when more than one tape is involved with the restore. so is it a spanning issue?
i have another job that restores fine because its a single tape.
things ive tried:
cleaning the tape heads
replacing the database with a blank database, im running out of ideas and might have to call CA...
