Error 3633

i developed a system using vb4,vb5 and crystal report8 and create the installation with instalshield 2. when i open the system after i install it on a new pc( with only win95), i get the following msg:
"run time error : 3633 - Can't load MSJTER35.dll"

can anyone help me, pls.

Check that the file msjter35.dll is on the setup (in setup.lst and included in the compressed files (msjter35.dl_)) and check that this file is copied to the machine during installation (check to see if the file is on the machine before installation, if it is rename it) and check that the file is registered during installation.
