Error 3356 - access database can't be open

An Access database is frozen when run a code. So database is interrupted in the session. when I try to reopen this database I got message that database need to repair. After click OK I got another message: Error 3356 -- You attempted to open a database that is already opened exclusively by user '' on machine ''. try again when the database is available.
I check the user on the NT 4.0 server and disconnect the user. Then try repair that database , and got the same message. I try to delite ldb file, it was not successful.
What should I to do? Please help! Thanks a lot in advance!

Reboot the machine that it is on and then you should be able to delete the .LDB and run the repair. Terry
