Error 3250 interacting with cluster

Hi

I have problem with 11.5 SP4. I have 4 servers and 2 nodes cluster on 1 server installed Arcserve 11.5 and other agent windows. I want to do backup system (with system state) 4 servers. And gettig information E3250 interacting with cluster. Services cluster is enabled(windows cluster) on 4 servers.
