Error 31,003.42:46146 on Phaser 850

Almost every time I have seen this error there was paper stuck at the back of the drum heater. If you pull the heater out you will see a switch at the upper right side of the printer. The paper usually comes out with the heater. You can try rolling some heavier paper thru the paper path to try to dislodge the jammed paper.
