Error 3043 in Access 2000

we have 3 Servers in a MetaFrame XPe FR1 Farm (german) on Windows 2k Server SP2 with Office 2k german.
All Servers are on a seperate Switch (fix 100Mb fullduplex)
Since 3 weeks the users getting very often this error 3043 if they try to open the database.
But, If all users on that server closes this published application and a user then opens this app, it will be successfull.

Could somebody give me a hint or better a solution?
