Error 3022: Invaild Path

I have netware 5.1 and 4.2. Arcserve 6.6 is running on 6.1. I'm backing up 4 servers, 2 5.1 and 2 4.2. Recently I'm getting invalid path and it's not backing up entire directories that exist. Please help.

Is this an intermittant problem, or does it happen every time you attempt a backup?
